Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in the Binghamton, NY area seeks an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development. This hands-on leadership role combines people management with active involvement in design, prototyping, testing and product launches.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team of design, development and test engineers, oversee projects from concept to production, and partner with operations and quality to smooth transitions. Strong CAD/ Windchill experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary design, development, and test team.
• Oversee new product development from concept to production release.
• Provide hands-on guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Applications to support manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and development processes.
