Eden Capital Careers in the Binghamton, NY area is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development to lead a multidisciplinary team and own the NPD cycle from concept to production release, while remaining hands-on in prototyping and testing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years in product development with hands-on prototyping, plus leadership or mentorship experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.

Education & Experience:
