Job summary

Mad Engine Global in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Product Development Manager for Boys/Men's categories to lead end-to-end development from concept to production. You will partner with design, sales, merchandising, sourcing, and production to meet retailer expectations, calendars, and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage development calendars, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely execution across major retailers while maintaining brand standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of apparel product development experience in Boys/Men’s categories.
• Experience with licensed, branded, and private label programs; retailer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from design handoff to production readiness.
• Manage development calendars and ensure samples meet milestones for major retailers.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production.
• Mentor Product Development Coordinators or Associates.
