Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and researchers.
• Experience guiding a design team and mentoring others.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
• Leadership and mentoring to raise design quality.

Responsibilities
