Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Product Designer in senior/lead roles.
• Experience in consumer facing technology, fintech, or platform products.
• Ability to make strategic design decisions and influence roadmap.
• Strong point of view on design quality, backed by research and data.
• Mentoring or leading other designers.
• Delightful user experiences with high visual polish and IA.
• Ability to ship features from 0 to 1 autonomously.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision, execution and strategy across all user-facing surfaces, including rebrands and redesigns.
• Own the end-to-end experience and vision for a new desktop web app.
• Set the design direction with brand and marketing for new marketing pages.
• Define rituals, review processes, and culture to increase velocity and quality.
• Be the standard-bearer for mindful cross-functional collaboration and mentorship.
• Partner with product and executive leadership to define design's role in strategy.
• Be recognized for design quality and systems thinking across the org.
• Coach other designers and help them grow their judgment.
• Lead the definition of new components and the redesigned app experience across Mobile.
• Own and guide a new design system post-rebrand and governance.
