DubClub is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape our mobile product for creators and fans. You will stay hands-on in design and prototyping while guiding quality across the team, working with Product, Engineering, Creator Success, and leadership from problem definition to launch and iteration.

You will lead end-to-end design across discovery, IA, flows, and visual design, with a focus on complex marketplaces and creator tools.

Formación

• Senior- or lead-level experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with independent problem solving.
• Strong visual design across web and mobile with thoughtful typography and hierarchy.
• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or creator platforms.
• Good product judgment linking user needs to business goals.
• Portfolio showing reasoning and validation across user journeys.
• Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and challenge assumptions.
• Comfort working with users and adapting to evolving priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product design including discovery, IA, flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review.
• Build deep understanding of the business and users, identify problems, and influence priorities.
• Design complete user journeys to help users accomplish goals.
• Develop consistent navigation and visual design across mobile experiences.
• Design and iterate core fan journeys: discovery, subscription, onboarding, access, engagement, renewal.
• Create tools for creators to launch offerings, communicate with subscribers, and grow their business.
• Use user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform direction.
• Collaborate with engineers through early UX exploration to shipped experiences.
• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and validate concepts.
• Contribute to shared design patterns and provide constructive feedback.
