Job summary

DubClub, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Lead Product Designer to shape the mobile product for creators and fans. You will stay hands-on in design, craft end-to-end journeys, and influence product decisions with engineering and leadership.

The role is senior, requiring strong interaction design, information architecture, and a portfolio showing problem definition through launch. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to ship and iterate.

Qualifications

• Senior- or lead-level designer with a portfolio from problem definition through launch.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or creator platforms is a plus.
• Fluency with Figma and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, including discovery, information architecture, user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review.
• Build a deep understanding of the business and users to shape product priorities.
• Design complete user journeys across fan and creator experiences.
• Develop consistent navigation and visual design across mobile experiences.
• Design and iterate on core fan journeys: discovery, subscription, onboarding, access, engagement, renewal.
• Create tools to help creators launch offerings and engage subscribers.
• Use user research and usability testing to inform direction and validate concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout exploration to shipped experiences and leverage AI for prototyping.
• Contribute to shared design patterns and guide quality across the team.
