Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience.

• A strong presenter to management and peers.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Experience working with large design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Craft seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
• Lead early-stage research and build A/B tests and experiments that inform an intuitive information architecture.
• Create design solutions and interactive prototypes synthesizing team feedback and user/business needs from data.
• Facilitate design workshops with content strategists, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
