Job summary

Responsibilities

• Presents design decisions and strategy to peers, partners and leadership.
• Improves design processes, contributes to design systems and patterns.
• Collaborates with product managers, engineers, design leads and cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver them.
• Mentors associate designers and peers; may have a direct report.
• Delivers artifacts efficiently using design tools and supports team workflow.
