Job summary
Atlassian is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the Growth Platform to shape end-to-end customer journeys on the company website. You will lead strategy and execution, working with product, engineering, content, and analytics to drive engagement and activation at scale.
You will guide modernization of the site, craft, and design system, while exploring AI-powered discovery and experimentation to improve conversion and user value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Exceptional visual and interaction craft with a strong point of view
- AI-first prototyping and tooling experience
- Journey-driven systems thinking across experiences
- Strategic vision with ability to translate goals into roadmaps
- Data-informed decisions tied to outcomes
- Collaborative leadership across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Modernization of website visuals, craft, and design system across experiences.
- Design landing, discovery, and onboarding experiences to improve activation.
- Architect cohesive journeys aligned to customer intents and JTBD.
- Explore AI-powered discovery and answer-engine experiences with Engineering.
- Mentor designers and raise the craft bar across Growth organization.
