Lead Product Designer - Series A $50m - Ai start up

As the Lead Product Designer, you'll be pivotal in defining the aesthetic, usability, and functionality of their product, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the UI / UX design journey from conceptualization to execution for our product, guaranteeing a smooth and captivating user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, technical engineers, and our creative team to delineate product requirements and specifications.
• Execute user research, usability testing, and analysis to enhance designs grounded in user feedback.
• Uphold and refine the design system and style guide to uphold product scalability and uniformity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design
• skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Former experience of working at startups is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
