Greylock recently led a series seed round in a new AI company (valued over $100M) based in San Francisco. Broadly, you'll be a part of a team building a new developer tool bridging GenAI and devops.

Please note: this is an onsite role in San Francisco at an early company, sub 25 people. Please only apply if both of these appeal to you.

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer (5+ years) to shape the future of B2B developer tools and AI agent interaction. As their first Product Design hire, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, defining how users engage with their smart AI agents. We're looking for a strong end to end designer who can push the boundaries of user experience in the new AI-driven paradigm. You’ll be expected to meet users where they are, craft seamless interactions, and strike the right balance between text, visual elements, and intuitive controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• B2B / Developer Tools Expertise: Proven ability to design for multiple personas and complex workflows.
• Deep User Empathy: A strong intuition for user needs, paired with a data-driven approach to validating insights.
• Innovation in System Interaction: A track record of experimenting with new interaction mechanisms and scaling those innovations into frameworks or architectures that enhance the product as a whole.
