Qualifications

• Delivered multiple titles from start to finish with at least one AAA or equivalent title in a lead role.
• Familiar with various project management approaches, tools and processes including agile and cascade.
• Experience with documentation and production pipelines in medium to large teams.
• Experience dealing with live support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation for multiple tracks and assets, building a strong culture aligned with the product vision, strategy and goals.
• Establish governance, processes, and project plans to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Support game development by prioritizing tasks, ensuring processes are followed, and aligning the team and partners on strategy.
• Own product quality and schedule, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met pre/post-launch.
• Mentor performance within the team to foster independence, mastery and accountability.
