Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in absence of managers per standard practices.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
• Use store systems supporting Management Planning, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop produce product knowledge.
• Assist in training associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and follow appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
