Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in the absence of the department manager and assistant department manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Use store systems for Planning, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop produce product knowledge.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance; comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication in the department and throughout the organization.
• Support company safety standards; report needed repairs or maintenance; keep area clean and safe.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
