You will oversee inventory, schedules, and staff development while collaborating with the Store Manager to drive department goals and store success. The role requires 1–3 years in grocery with produce management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of grocery retail experience with produce management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Quality control, merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized produce area.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and promotions with Store Manager input.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in staffing decisions.
