Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Lead Procurement Business Partner in Boston to own the Source-to-Pay lifecycle for G&A, including SaaS, real estate, and professional services. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to align budgets, optimize spend, and drive automation while upholding strong internal and external relationships.

You’ll champion data quality, contract management, and risk controls, working across a fast-paced environment that values speed, accuracy, and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 5+ years in enterprise tech, SaaS, cybersecurity or hyperscaler environments.
• An "AI-first" mindset and curiosity about applying AI to procurement operations.
• Customer-centric approach with strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively.
• Bias for action with strong time management and urgency.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation across G&A categories.

Responsibilities

• Embed within Finance, Legal, Corporate Information Systems, and People leadership; attend planning cycles and supplier strategy discussions.
• Own the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle for all G&A commodities; including net-new purchases and renewals.
• Translate complex sourcing and financial concepts for non-procurement stakeholders; build trust through responsiveness and results.
• Be the face of Procurement for G&A leadership (CFO, CPO, CIO, CEO) and escalate operational issues and spend health updates.
• Set and communicate budget requirements with FP&A; keep spend within guardrails; contribute to annual planning.
• Champion P2P adoption; drive compliance, UX improvements, and workflow automation.
• Partner with Finance Systems and Analytics to improve data quality, GL coding, and spend visibility.
• Strengthen contract lifecycle management, risk controls, and cycle-time reduction.
• Own SaaS/subscription spend and plan transitions to invoiced billing or resellers.
• Act as SME for Coupa and identify process improvements with Accounting and Business Applications.
• Own month-end close activities; PO management; spend reconciliation; ensure audit-ready metadata.
• Hygiene of POs; timely creation and communication of large commitments.
• Forecasting support; provide supplier commitment data for budgeting.
