Job summary

Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a Processing Lead Person to provide direction and hands-on troubleshooting in the processing group, performing advanced processing tasks as required. This role supports the North Plant during the 7a-7p shift.

You will guide the processing team, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, and collaborate with maintenance to sustain efficient operations and meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead others and troubleshoot processing issues.
• Ability to read product specifications and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the processing work group and troubleshoot problems.
• Meet daily safety, production, and housekeeping objectives.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders and callouts as needed.
• Maintain and operate efficient processing; adjust processes to meet specifications.
• Act in accordance with WE CARE and participate in improvement activities.
