Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in casting upgrade processes and metals manufacturing is expected.
• Strong problem analysis and implementation of corrective actions/solutions.

Responsibilities

• Aid management over production and manufacturing operations, materials, inspection, and NDT.
• Provide leadership and training to achieve production and quality goals and improve productivity.
• Communicate with manufacturing and QA to feedback into Engineering and reduce defects.
