You will collaborate with Plant Process Engineers and the production team, assist with troubleshooting and process set-ups, and coordinate area activities in the absence of the supervisor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in plastics, colorant, or chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Leadership experience and problem solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Shift/Production Supervisor and leads prioritization to meet quality and shipments.
• Provides manufacturing operations support and basic technical expertise.
• Trains employees on procedures and processes as needed.
• Documents processing parameters and product characteristics for productivity and quality.
• Assists with trials, first-time runs and start-ups.
• Covers for supervisor/lead when absent and ensures safety practices.
