Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Process Technician to coordinate daily production activities, lead a team of manufacturing operators, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met across production lines.

You will work closely with supervisors, engineering, quality, maintenance and planning to drive operational excellence, uphold SOPs, monitor performance, and communicate priorities while maintaining logs and equipment condition in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Able to walk in an industrial indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Assign work and coordinate labor resources across production lines or work cells.
• Monitor production performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, cost, or delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Facilitate shift handoffs and communicate production priorities.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters.
• Maintain cleanliness of process equipment area.
• Test batch or product quality.
• Maintain equipment and batch logbooks.
• Escalate equipment malfunction to the supervisor.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
