Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Specialist focusing on Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP). You will act as the primary technical resource to implement, maintain, and continually improve PSM/RMP programs across campus operations, collaborating with ESHS, Facilities, Manufacturing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68).
• Strong knowledge of HA ZOP, MOC, PSSR processes and MI programs.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessment, incident investigations, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide implementation and continuous improvement of PSM and RMP.
• Serve as SME for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP; maintain PSI and process hazard data.
• Coordinate HA ZOPs, revalidations, action tracking; ensure training and approvals.
• Administer MOC and PSSR workflows; verify reviews and actions are completed.
• Partner with owners on MI, inspection programs, and safety-critical equipment.
• Support RMP hazard assessment, modeling, applicability evaluations, and submissions.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop leading/lagging indicators; report trends to site leadership.
• Coordinate with emergency response and operations; support drills and training.
• Share lessons learned; provide PSM/RMP consultation across TI campuses when possible.
