Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Auditing experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional team management.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control practices and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit control processes and quality control systems.
• Identify and address potential quality risks and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production quality.
• Lead the team in analyzing process quality data and drive improvements.
• Coach hourly PQC team members on first article inspection and NG product management.
• Audit factory cleanliness and provide acceptance reports.
• Participate in equipment acceptance and qualification.
