Upgrade Resources in Dallas, TX is seeking a Superintendent - Process Piping to lead complex process piping construction projects on-site. The role oversees multiple jobs, coordinates trade groups, and ensures timely delivery of materials and resources.

This is a hands-on leadership position within a premier MEP contractor. The candidate will direct efforts across safety, quality, and schedule, applying construction best practices and LEAN principles while managing budgets and personnel to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science preferred.
• Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required if piping work falls under plumbing code jurisdiction.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• NCCER Pipefitting certification (craft or journeyman level).
• AWS welding qualification or inspector credential preferred.
• Medical Gas Piping Installation endorsement (preferred).
• Construction Superintendent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects and provide technical expertise to project partners, ensuring safe, high-quality completion.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports with performance reviews.
• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules and budgets.
• Confirm earned value and forecasted percent complete.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform safety observations and eliminate hazards.
• Apply LEAN, scheduling, value mapping and constraint logs.
• Budget projects by estimating worker-hours, monitor schedules, and provide takeoffs/pricing for changes in scope.
• Resolve production gaps and schedule issues by coordinating with senior supervision and project management.
• Maintain liaison with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering for materials and inspections.
• Conduct pre-job and planning meetings to align terms, schedules, and requirements.
