• Develop and execute R&D strategies for growth, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead trials and provide technical inputs to the global R&D industrialization team.
• Establish operational control systems for product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency projects.
• Use expertise to support factory operations to solve complex problems.
