Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of process mechanical systems in water and wastewater facilities.
• Ability to lead estimate planning, reviews, and milestone deliverables.
• Experience mentoring or leading estimators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical estimating for milestone estimates, GMP deliverables, and buyout planning.
• Review contract docs, drawings, specs, and P&IDs to define scope and approach.
• Direct quantity takeoff, labor development, production rate application, and estimate detail.
• Coordinate pricing strategy and outreach to vendors, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Lead alignment with operations on means/methods, labor assumptions, and risk.
• Mentor estimators and promote consistency in tools and templates.
