• Strong understanding of process mechanical systems in water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, flow diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Experience using estimation software and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical estimating for milestone estimates and GMP deliverables.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and P&IDs to define scope.
• Direct quantity takeoff, labor development, production rate application, and estimate detail.
• Mentor estimators and promote standardized tools and templates.
