Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of process mechanical systems in water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and P&IDs with accuracy.
• Experience leading estimate planning, reviews, and milestone deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical estimating for milestone estimates, GMP deliverables, and buyout planning.
• Review contract documents and P&IDs to define complete scope and approach.
• Direct quantity takeoff, labor development, and estimate detail for systems.
• Coordinate pricing, outreach to vendors, fabricators, and internal partners.
• Mentor estimators and align with operations on means, methods, and productivity.
