Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines, a joint venture between Barrick and Newmont, is seeking a Process Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning and budgeting at the Phoenix operation. You will develop SJPs, manage cost forecasts, and coordinate shut-down planning with maintenance teams.

The role requires hands-on planning skills, experience with SAP and budgeting tools, and a focus on safety and reliability in a large mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining standard job plans (SJPs).
• Ability to develop budgets and forecasts for maintenance.
• Strong safety record and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize SJPs for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for maintenance.
• Manage month-end accruals, reclasses, and report cost performance.
• Create one-time job plans for operational changes or equipment upgrades.
• Support maintenance strategy with Ivara work management tooling.
