This is a non-exempt, hourly position reporting directly to the Process Maintenance Superintendent. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent leadership, and the ability to communicate to customers the features and benefits of our product lines.

Qualifications

• 3 years on-the-job supervision experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead and mentor group through training and succession planning activities.
• Communicate to customers the features and benefits of our product lines.
• Complete job walks and provide accurate job quotes.
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to company policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
