Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/ Operations, Engineering, Industrial/Systems/Production/Cost Engineering or related fields.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant engineering field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor implementation of process development activities for high complexity projects, integrating lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Complete Manufacturing BOMs, develop industrialization concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop industrialization concepts and product solutions aligned with manufacturing objectives and ensure design-to-production integration.
- Initiate and oversee process technology development in the context of New Product Generation and roadmaps.
