Bachelor's in mechanical or chemical engineering; ABET; 10+ years; PE preferred. Travel as needed; strong client communication; leadership required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of process engineering design in regulated manufacturing
• 2+ years as a process engineering design manager
• Experience in life sciences industry
• Demonstrated ability present process designs to clients
• Demonstrated ability lead a design team
• Strong written/verbal technical communication
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Direct process design activities (P&IDs, process flow diagrams)
• Lead a team of process engineers and designers to meet cGMP/FDA standards
• Ensure quality through rigorous project reviews
• Review and approve drawings for client needs
• Coordinate field visits to verify on-site progress
• Develop proposals and present capabilities to clients
• Foster cohesive cross-practice collaboration across engineering groups
