Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific field.
• 3+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or R&D environments.
• Experience with capital projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as required (typical 25–30%).

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to the Enterprise Capital Engineering team across the tissue value stream.
• Lead capital projects up to $100 million from conception through commercialization.
• Collaborate across the Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, tissue mill sites, OEM suppliers, and contractor networks.
• Interacts with various Tissue Value Stream segments and Mill Operating Teams, staff manufacturing, and planning.
• Mentor engineers and drive safety, documentation, and project performance.
