GEA Group is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor in Oakdale, MN to lead a team of process engineers in delivering optimized process designs and successful project execution. You will guide design reviews, troubleshooting, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in chemical or mechanical processing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Process experience in the chemical, mining or related industrial sector preferred.
• Liquid processing or powder handling experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Process Engineers to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members on process engineering tasks.
• Lead on-site commissioning and pre-sales support as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate design changes, specs, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and heat/mass balance calculations.
• Assist in developing project estimates and schedules for opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment and focus on professional development.
