Allegion seeks a Lead Process Engineer in Blue Ash, OH to lead complex manufacturing projects, evaluate proposals for feasibility and cost, and coordinate capital planning. You will apply SPC, Lean practices, RCA, and DOE to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement while guiding cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years of supervisory engineering experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to deliver results in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with direct supervision.
• Strong problem solving and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean, RCA, and DOE methods.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects, initiating, planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
• Assess feasibility and cost effectiveness of proposals.
• Manage capital projects and manufacturing/process priorities.
• Develop and implement monitoring methods, records, and reports.
• Ensure process control through APQP concepts and PFMEA.
