Job summary

Micron Boise is recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer to lead the ID1 PVD/CVD teams, align strategies with factory goals, and partner across manufacturing, facilities, procurement, and suppliers. You will drive process qualification and manufacturing alignment while promoting a strong safety culture.

This role requires leadership experience and a track record of delivering complex projects in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and project delivery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams.
• Define team strategy, performance targets, and succession plans.
• Partner with manufacturing, facilities, procurement, and suppliers for tool qualification and capacity readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for process qualification and manufacturing alignment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
