Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, or advanced recycling.
• Experience taking at least one technology/project from concept to startup.
• Solid understanding of process safety, operability, and design standards (API, ASME, etc.).
• Comfortable working in fast-growth, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own process engineering across the full project lifecycle.
• Convert Nexus technology into executable process designs.
• Lead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and operability reviews.
• Establish process engineering workflows and standards.
• Mentor and grow future process engineers.
