FutureStep Korn Ferry is seeking a Lead Process Engineer located in the Town of Niskayuna, New York. This role involves designing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading engineering efforts for process development and quality systems.

This position reports to the Director of Global Process Development. The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for designing and specifying existing and new product/plant/process projects, including calculations, flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and equipment specifications in accordance with company standards and legal requirements. The Lead Process Engineer is also responsible for implementation and maintenance of the SIG Quality System. The Lead Process Engineer is an experienced and seasoned Process Engineer who can complete programs/projects with little direction and limited oversight.
