Job summary

Honeywell UOP in Tulsa is seeking a Lead Chemical Engineer to drive process design for combustion technologies and oversee equipment project execution on multiple proposals. The role requires strong leadership, customer communication, and hands-on design experience.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with sales and multiple disciplines, run simulations, and participate in supplier selection and 3D model reviews to ensure robust, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with combustion technologies (flares, burners, TOs).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Perform process design for Callidus Combustion Technologies (Flares, Burners, TOs).
• Interface with sales and engineering to meet customer requirements.
• Develop process deliverables: heat/mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, utility summaries.
