Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Tulsa, OK seeks a senior process engineer to lead design for Callidus Combustion Technologies, including Flares, Burners and Thermal Oxidizers, with 10+ years of combustion experience.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, develop PFDs/P&IDs, run simulations in UniSim, and mentor junior engineers while managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of Engineering experience with design knowledge of Combustion Technologies in Flares, Burners or TOs.
• Extensive process simulation experience using UniSim and related design tools.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Perform process design for Callidus Combustion Technologies (Flares, Burners, TOs) and provide technical deliverables.
• Interface with sales and engineering to meet customer requirements.
• Develop process deliverables: heat/material balances, PFDs and P&IDs; size piping and summarize utilities.
• Run process simulations for design and alternate cases; support equipment specifications.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and address concerns; troubleshoot startup issues.
• Participate in supplier selection, 3D model reviews, HAZOP and other technical meetings.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and develop technology training content.
