Job summary

Brindley Engineering is seeking a senior Process Engineer with 10+ years of experience in process design and simulation modeling for process plant facilities, including refineries, petrochemicals, and chemicals. Responsibilities include revamp studies, hydraulic modeling, and updating PFDs and P&IDs.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering and strong communication skills, with field readiness for site assignments and safety reviews as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in process design, including simulation modeling of process plant facilities (refining, petrochemical, chemical), preparation of PFDs/Heat and Material Balances, Equipment Specifications, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

Process engineer with 10-15 years of experience in process design including simulation modeling of process plant type facilities (refining, petrochemical, chemical), preparation of PFDs/Heat and Material Balances, Equipment Specifications, P&IDs. Process design for new and existing facilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

These unique requirements may include:

• You mustpossessphysical mobility (on the ground and at heights).
• You may be requiredto pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• You may be requiredto work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding/ladders using theappropriateandrequiredfall protection.
• You must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing theappropriate PPE. This may include but notbe limitedto a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather, steel-toed work boots.
• You may be required to position yourself to work in confined spaces.
