Responsibilities

• Lead PD-related project management from planning to follow-up.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and validation to implement projects.
• Develop business cases including technical and financial requirements.
• Ensure cGMP documentation and training compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues within the function/department.
