INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC is seeking a Lead Process Control Engineer for the Chocolate Bayou site in Alvin, TX. The role leads process control engineering activities, coordinates priorities, and supports DCS infrastructure and advanced control initiatives to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Control Systems with 10–15 years of experience in petrochemical process control, and strong knowledge of Honeywell TDC3000

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Control Systems with 10-15 years of process control engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of Honeywell TDC3000 and Honeywell Experion PKS systems.
Experience with DCS projects and full project lifecycle.
Ability to lead technical work without direct supervisory responsibility.

Responsabilités

Lead process control engineering activities for the Chocolate Bayou site and PSO.
Coordinate priorities and resources across units and projects.
Support DCS, alarm management, and cybersecurity alignment across the site.
Drive standardization of process control practices and documentation.
Support incident investigations and capital project interfaces.
