The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

We are seeking a Lead Process Automation Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide process automation. Initially, you will build a new platform that accelerates speed to market for our credit card products and partnerships. Once implemented, you will lead other process automation initiatives across the organization, turning process automation into a competitive advantage for the company.

If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges at the intersection of business and technology and being part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

We hire people, not positions. That's because, at Concora Credit, we put people first, including our customers, partners, and Team Members. Concora Credit is guided by a single purpose: to help non-prime customers do more with credit. Today, we have helped millions of customers access credit. Our industry leadership, resilience, and willingness to adapt ensure we can help our partners responsibly say yes to millions more. As a company grounded in entrepreneurship, we're looking to expand our team and are looking for people who foster innovation, strive to make an impact, and want to Do More! We’re an established company with over 20 years of experience, but now we’re taking things to the next level. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

Responsibilities

As our Lead Process Automation Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of automation solutions to assemble product and partnership configurations and use them to configure our production systems.
  • Collaborate to refine requirements and project plans that guide the transformation of manual operations into scalable and measurable automated workflows.
  • Design and develop internal user interfaces and forms to support automated business workflows, with a focus on usability, efficiency, and maintainability within enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Architect to evaluate and improve the solution architecture and suite of automation technologies.
  • Personally design, develop, and support automation solutions that serve as a reference implementation for other developers.
  • Ensure our process automation solutions are properly documented, using software tools to generate and maintain this documentation whenever possible.
  • Help ensure automation initiatives comply with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Guide other automation developers and help them build their skills.
  • Help develop a Process Automation Center of Excellence.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior full-stack developer using any mainstream technology stack. We use React, Angular, and C# .NET.
  • Experience developing solutions that orchestrate, automate, monitor, and measure complex data management and system configuration processes.
  • Expertise in developing and consuming APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database management.
  • Solution development proficiency in a major cloud platform. We use Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native tools for process orchestration and task automation. We use Profisee for master data management workflow automation, and Microsoft Power Automation for robotic and interactive process automation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

What’s In It For You:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family
  • Relax and recharge with Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 6 company-observed paid holidays, plus 3 paid floating holidays
  • 401k(after 90 days) plus employer match up to 4%
  • Pet Insurance for your furry family members
  • Wellness perks including onsite fitness equipment at both locations, EAP, and access to the Headspace App
  • We invest in your future through Tuition Reimbursement
  • Save on taxes with Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Peace of mind with Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Protect yourself with company-paid Long-Term Disability and voluntary Short-Term Disability
