• 3 scrum teams under a specific domain within Platform&Communications that follows a sprint schedule. There are embedded manual and automation testers onshore and offshore within these teams that needs a QA lead.

Responsibilities

Typical Day in the Role

• Lead QA that helps leads the manual and automation test engineers across multiple scrum teams within a specific domain or across domains. Will be responsible to handle 3 scrum teams.
• Ensure that manual and automation test engineers onshore and offshore are following the QA best practices, methods and processes set in place by the QA organization. Help with hands down testing if needed.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelors & ISTQB
• Years of experience required: 5-7
• Disqualifiers: If candidates do not have hands on test automation experience especially back-end (APIs). Not familiar with adobe products (AEM & CJA). Do not have hands down experience with CI/CD. Not familiar with automation tools (Cypress) and frameworks (Cucumber for example).
• Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare
