We are seeking a Process Excellence Lead to translate business needs into functional specifications and manage requirements across advisory, operations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in process design or business analysis in financial services or wealth management.
• Ability to produce documentation and specifications for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing requirements and UAT for vendor-delivered or externally built solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across advisor, operations, compliance, and technology audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting, or financial planning platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce, Black Diamond, or eMoney.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows across advisory, operations, and compliance functions.
• Identify friction, redundancy, and automation opportunities prior to solution decisions.
• Design future-state processes that are scalable for a distributed advisor organization.
• Maintain a living process library for automation and BI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, executable functional specifications for internal teams and external partners.
• Own the requirements backlog in coordination with project management and delivery teams.
• Design structured user acceptance testing for platform and workflow deliverables.
• Develop process documentation and training materials for new workflows.
