Job summary

EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to lead tailored tax advice and compliance for high‑net‑worth families and private businesses. You will guide wealth transfer, governance, and cross‑border planning while building relationships across our global EY network.

The role focuses on delivering high‑quality tax solutions, mentoring a team, and managing risk in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. A CPA or Bar admission plus 5–6 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax, business or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership is required (or actively pursuing).
• Typically, no less than 5–6 years of relevant experience in professional services or tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multi-jurisdictional matters and cross-border tax concerns.
