Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or print services.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations and logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences in Print Department.
• Lead training and development of associates in print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate print equipment to ensure quality and timely orders.
• Maintain safety and security in the print area and assist with opening/closing duties.
