The role leads design and development of scalable systems, mentors engineers, and drives architecture decisions while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-value features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 10+ years delivering complex technology solutions including architecture or platform development.
• Proven experience shipping large-scale distributed cloud-based software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Own and document solution architectures, articulating technical approaches and value.
• Drive feature delivery through sprint planning, execution, and resolving complex challenges.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Innovate and optimize platform features for performance and reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Contribute to long-term technical vision, product roadmap, and architecture.
• Triage and resolve customer issues, establishing strong on-call culture.
• Champion DevOps mindset, emphasizing platform ownership and uptime.
