Job summary

Worldscape seeks an experienced software leader to design and implement backend services and APIs powering scalable, secure agentic solutions. You will build data pipelines for real-time processing, architect distributed systems on cloud platforms, and integrate backend logic with React/Next.js frontends to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will also shape security practices, collaborate with product and QA, review code, and explore LLM orchestration and multi-agent capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or C++).
• Proven ability to work in agile environments, managing ambiguity and delivering impactful outcomes.
• 4-10+ years of hands-on experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques.

Responsibilities

Professional Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
• 4-10+ years of hands-on experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments, managing ambiguity and delivering impactful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience developing full-stack solutions (React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js)
• Experience withnsjail, Firecracker and MS Orleans preferred.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi-agent coordination.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year

Final compensation will bedeterminedbased on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.In addition to base salary,this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
